Dive+ vs Link+: Which App-Controlled Massager to Buy
Dive+ vs Link+: Which App-Controlled Massager to Buy
Quick Verdict
Same MyMuse Sync app on both, so pick by body use, not features. Dive+ (₹3,299) is a small insertable egg for internal, hands-free play to wear out or hand to a partner. Link+ (₹4,499) is a C-shape for inside and outside at once that can stay in during sex. If fit worries you, start with Dive+.

Honestly, the names cause more confusion than the products do. The app, the Bluetooth range and the warranty are identical on both; what differs is shape, placement, noise and what the connection does once it is inside you.
What is the difference between Dive+ and Link+?
Dive+ goes in and stays in: a 3.14-inch ribbed egg with a pull-out loop and nothing to hold. Link+ is a C-shape, smaller arm inside, larger arm outside, both vibrating at once, and wearable during penetration. The app sections on both product pages are word for word the same; these are the numbers that differ.

Specs are from the product pages on 03 Oct 2026; noise and run time are the makers' figures, not yet measured by us side by side. Water ratings follow IEC 60529: 6 is protection from water jets, 7 is temporary immersion, so Dive+ can take a quick dunk and Link+ gets rinsed, never submerged.
What is Dive+ and who is it for?
Dive+ is the app version of the egg: a 3.14-inch insertable with a ribbed head, a pull-out loop and the Bluetooth chip in its tail. Once it is in, your hands are free and the vibration runs from the button, your phone or a partner's phone.
Dive+ is for you if
- You want internal, hands-free play you can wear out. Zarika (verified, 27 Sep 2025): "wore it under my dress during date night... he was controlling it."
- You share walls. 50 dB on paper, and Sim (verified, 26 Sep 2025): "My flatmate was in next room and she didn't hear a thing."
Dive+ is not for you if
- You expect flawless app control while it is inside. 7 of 158 reviews mention disconnects; NOURIN F. (3 stars, 12 Sep 2025): "once it is internal, the connection is lost." The chip is in the tail, so body, bedding and clothing sit between it and the phone, and Bluetooth range falls with every obstacle. The button is the fallback; Anmol g. (5 stars): "we moved ahead with the manual mode." More in our Bluetooth troubleshooting guide.
- You want a bigger size or wider steps between speeds. Three reviewers asked for a size option; Bhesmma Sanghvi (3 stars): "It only goes fast or slow."
Water-based lubricant only, such as Glide; the product page warns that silicone or oil-based ones can damage it. Step by step in our Dive+ how-to.
Hands-free, and quiet enough for a shared flat
Dive+ at ₹3,299: 10 presets on the button, MyMuse Sync for the rest.
Check It OutWhat is Link+ and who is it for?
Link+ is the couples' shape. Smaller arm in, larger arm out, both vibrating, and the product page's own tip is to keep it in during sex: it takes practice, but you feel fuller and your partner feels the vibration too. The full routine is in our Link+ how-to.
Link+ is for you if
- You want blended stimulation with no hand on it. Dristi m. (verified, 28 Apr 2026): "It builds up gradually and gives you control."
- You are in the same bed, or far apart and like surprises. Irshad m. (verified, 08 Jun 2026): "Used it along while penetrating."
Link+ is not for you if
- You are unsure about fit. C-shapes are body-dependent and the arm lengths are not published. Athulya V. (3 stars, 21 Jul 2026): "too flat and wide to be comfortable"; Isha I. (4 stars): "it does not reach the g-spot." If you cannot try first, Dive+ is the lower-risk internal choice.
- You want clear steps between low and high. Sakthi G. (3 stars, 21 Feb 2026): "There is no difference in speed of vibration on slow and fast."
- You hate fiddly charging or want to video call from the same phone. Shagun G. (4 stars): "difficult to attach. No indication about the battery percentage," and "Disconnects the moment u open another app." See the charging guide.
Which one is better for long-distance couples?
Neither, on software. Long-distance mode is the same app, share code and session rules on both, so choose by what you want to be wearing while your partner holds the phone. Reviewers lean Link+ a little.
Long distance: Link+ 11 of 114, Dive+ 8 of 158. The app: Dive+ 21 of 158, Link+ 10 of 114. Disconnects: Dive+ 7 of 158, Link+ 3 of 114.
Both install MyMuse Sync on separate accounts; the owner opens Long Distance, taps Share Control and sends a 6-digit code, valid 30 minutes, which the partner enters under Take Control. Sessions are encrypted, end after 2 hours and need internet only for long distance; the partner needs no massager. From abroad it can lag, as one Link+ reviewer in North America found. Our long-distance picks and the MyMuse Sync guide cover the rest.
Do they work without the MyMuse Sync app?
Yes, both. The power button cycles through 10 presets on each (the Dive+ product page says so in its FAQ), and if your phone dies mid-session the button takes over. The app adds live control, custom patterns and long-distance play. It needs iOS 14 or Android 8, is free, and as of September 2026 holds 4.3 on Google Play (590 reviews) and 4.2 on the App Store (273 ratings).
Dive+ or Link+: which should I buy?
Choose Dive+ if
- Internal, hands-free play is the point
- You want to wear it out, and noise matters
- Fit risk worries you more than app drops
Choose Link+ if
- You want inside and outside at once, hands free
- You plan to wear it during sex
- You accept that C-shapes are body-dependent
Want both? The Ultimate App-grade Kit puts Groove+, Link+ and Dive+ in one box for ₹9,499.
Key takeaways
- Same app, same range, same warranty: choose by shape and where it sits.
- Dive+ (₹3,299): internal, 50 dB, IPX7; known flaw is app drops once inserted, the button is the fallback.
- Link+ (₹4,499): inside and outside at once, stays in during sex, IPX6; known risk is fit.
- Dive+ is not the Dive. The older egg has no app.
Dive+ and Link+: your questions answered
Do I need the MyMuse Sync app to use Dive+ or Link+?
No. Both Dive+ and Link+ run 10 presets from the power button with no phone involved. The MyMuse Sync app adds live control, custom patterns and long-distance mode, where a partner controls the massager from anywhere with internet.
Is Link+ fully waterproof like Dive+?
No. Link+ is rated IPX6, which covers rinsing under a tap and water jets, not submersion. Dive+ is rated IPX7, which allows temporary immersion. Rinse Link+ and never dunk it; Dive+ can take a brief soak for cleaning.
Why does Dive+ disconnect from the app once it is inside?
The Bluetooth chip in Dive+ sits in the tail, so once it is inserted and covered by bedding or clothing there is more between the chip and your phone and the signal weakens. 7 of 158 published Dive+ reviews mention disconnects. Keep the phone close, or use the button presets, which need no connection.
Is Dive+ the same as the Dive?
No. The older remote-controlled Dive (₹2,999) has no Bluetooth chip; the Dive+ product page says the original "was designed around its handy remote" and cannot connect to the app. If you want phone or partner control, look for the plus sign before you pay.
For the nights you are in the same bed
Link+ at ₹4,499: inside and outside at once, hands free, with the app for the nights you are not.
